The guy in the UK dealership said the following:
"Cyclons need smooth DC for charging – 1% ripple. Can be charged from 2.3v (slower) to 2.4v (faster) ideally at 2.35v. Needs a 2 amp charger. The batteries are valve regulated so can be charged in one stage – they float automatically. When low they will charge at up to 2 amps, but float at mere milliamps."Sounds like a decent DIY 2.35Vdc power supply at 2 amps or a bit more is all that is needed.
