Most toggle switches are designed for higher level signals. Try to find something intended for very low level signals. Your average 10 amp/250V toggle switch isn't what you want. Perhaps the best cheap solution is only one input and no switch....just change interconnects as needed....you can even go as far as to hard wire the interconnect to the preamp and then simply plug into source of your choice. Can you tell I am not a fan of RCA connectors?
