2E104J dipped film cap

Hello,
I have these Blue Dipped Radial Film Caps. It has the marking 2E104J on it (i.e., 0.1uF)... Does anyone know if it is Polyester or Polyrop or PPS? I tried to search online with the 2E prefix and came up with nothing. Thanks.
