Probably, but can't be absolutly sure without a schematic, look for the largest physical size...and yes, those the primary ones you need to be concerned about.Use at least a 2W 100 Ohm resistor or larger (Ohms), hold with insulated pliers in center of resistor and place one lead on the (+) terminal and the other lead on the (-) terminal of each cap. Short the caps for at least 30 seconds or more. Do this again just before you get ready to work on the amp. If the caps have a hiigh charge, the resistor may become hot as it bleeds the cap...that's normal.
