Hi ,
I found that damping the baseplate made the biggest difference after the 'O' rings . I can tap the amp with my knuckles and there is a dull 'thud' where there used to be a hollow noise . Should also have mentioned , the input valves' subchassis is also supported on anti-vibration mounts . These cost about £1 each and make an instant difference . I'm just hoping I haven't added too much damping although the amp is 100% finished as far as I'm concerned ;)cheers
