Or my favorite, a 5687 with 10ma, loaded by a Mills 12w non-inductive R about 10K, 150v on the plate. If you're going to go the 6SN7 route, that can be super sounding, too. You might consider a 12SN7, sometimes easier to source NOS for reasonable prices.
