novice coupling cap question

I've been looking at various tube amp circuits in an attempt to learn more about them, and I have a question that probably has a very simple answer.

In one schematic, for example, the plate of the input tube is coupled to the screen of the driver tube via two capacitors. One is a .22uF film type and the other is a 100pF mica. Since the mica cap is a few order of magnitude smaller than the film cap, its impact on the overall capacitance is relatively insignificant. What then, is the purpose of both caps?

Thanks in advance!
