I have used 10 electrolytic cans from AES without a failure. However, they were lower rated voltage.Regarding polyproplyene capacitors in power supply filters, the sonics are improved over electrolytic types when placed near the tubecircuit. A first cap in a CLC or LCLC does not make any sonic difference per my tests. If not listening to a high resolution & clear sounding amp, then one would not hear any difference in capacitor types.
