HI.It sounds like it is the problem of intermittent EMI invading your home through your houehold power lines.
Get an AC power line filter if you don't want to buld one yourself. An effective commercial product is Monster 'clean-power' line conditioners handily available from Best Buy chain stores if you live in US or Canada. An up-scale audiophile grade can cost a fortune.
A double-wound isolation power line transformer can be a choice although I've given it up for years as mine impairs the sound bigtime.
