700V in the EL84 plate ? And the impedance for output ?

The amp RM-10 use a pair of EL84 with 700V in the plate and 350V in the screen. If you make the loadline for this stage, the impedance of output transformer is very high, > 50Kohms plate-to-plate...
It is correct, or this amp work with a small impedance ?
Anyone know this output impedance value in the RM-10 ?
