C1 and C2 is just needed for the input transformer* (which is not a really good one). If you not have this transformer remove C1,2 and 3, only install R3 and not R 1,2. C5 can be lower in value 220NF is perfect, use a good cap, not a electrolitic. C9 is also way to high and a electrolitic capaciter. Use about 2,2 micro Farrad to 4,7 microFarad of your choise.
You can experiment with how low you can go with C7. I not like that this is a electrolitic capaciter. I would try 10microF to 47microF in foil capaciter.
*Is transformer Tr1 an step-up transformer?
btw, they have used electrolic capaciters because they are cheaper (which tell a lot about what they really want)
