How to devise a single-ended output from a balanced preamplfier

I guess the title of the thread says it all. I have a fully balanced tube preamplifier and I want to add a secondary unbalanced/single-ended output to drive a pair of subwoofers without compromising the balanced mode of the main outputs. I am guessing I need to interpose an isolation transformer. Yes? If so, what transformer(s) would you recommend? Thanks.
