At that operating point I don't think you will get 150 volts P to P unless whatever is driving the EL34 can drive it into A2. That takes some current delivery ability and a low output impedance.
The load line for the EL34 with a interstage transformer as a load would be an ellipse (not a resistive straight line like I am showing) but I don't think that would change the peak output voltage.
Also, at that operating point the EL34 in triode is not very linear.
