Yes, TV-2 is similar to TV-7. But test voltage(TV-7 has fixed plate voltage and TV-2 has variable plate voltage) is different and meter scale is different also. I'd like to know exact conversion value. :)

In TV-2 maintenance manual TM 11-6625-316-35, there are some comment about that. But I can not calculate it with this information.
