I get nothing like those specs. Driving a typical 47K load it's more like Gain = 23.5db, PSRR = 19.2db, Zin @ 20KHz = 133K, Zo = 232R. Oh, and cathode coupling cap is too low, should be more like 100uF if you're gonna use one and HF response is dependent on the drive impedance eg 2K5 for >1MHz but 100K (typical of hanging a high value pot off the front end) it's only 27KHz! Also, not sure about all the parallel caps and I think the quiescent current is too low for the best performance. Mu Follower would yield better technical performance by a good margin.Rgds,
