Anyone used this 813A:i.e. 813 with no topcap?

THis is a relatively new product from SuperTNT. It is a 813 without the top anode cap. I am not even sure what base it is.
Has anyone used, or tried these. Also generally what is the chinese history so far on the 813. I actually haven't heard much bad. Everyone has this chinese reaction. But mostly it is like the 845, not bad, and developing.
