Transformer current ratings for rectifier circuits

Transformer manufacturers normally rate their secondary windings by the rms (AC) current into a resistive load. I'm looking for the relationship between that AC rating and the allowable (DC) current output of a full-wave rectifier, with choke-input or capacitor-input filter.
