is the have the a CF load resistor of 1/2 to 1/5 (better) of the load Z. Standing current should be 2 to 5 times the load's peak current draw.

The load resistor should be about the same as what would be used if it was a normal grounded cathode amp. So pick the tube accordingly (don't use a 10K load on a 12ax7:).
