I'm not talking about Dyna ST70's (etc) fed from a CD player filled with opamps driving some complex multiway cone & dome box speaker, or Lowthers... Such systems may well benefit from the colourations i hear in PIO's...I am talking about an all tube, fully differential system with (highly modified) SACD, vinyl or 15 IPS master tape sources, driving very good electrostatics all conne tex with extreme handbuilt cables.
