Miller Capacitance VS Drive Current

I keep seeing the corelation of these two mentioned
but I cannot find any equations for it.
I see the Miller capacitance and Drive Impedance
of the prior stage {Cin = Cgk + Cgp*(A+1)}
then {f = 1/(2*pi*R*C)} for the F3.
Is it just the current needed to get the drive tube output
impedance low enough for full frequency responce?
