All sorts of posts about RRSF can be found in the Bottlehead Forum Archives.Put a HIGH WVDC 100 nF. film cap. across the ends of the rectifier winding. 10 Ohm INDUCTIVE wirewound resistors connect the ends of the rectifier winding to the downstream stuff. A HIGH WVDC 10 nF. ceramic cap. goes across the rectifier bridge side of the 10 Ohm resistors. Measuring with an o'scope will tell you how good a job you're doing in suppressing the "hash". The values I provided will get you off to a good start.
