Hi Pete,Checked out your system, very nice. You use a specific circuit type (Inverted IT coupled), operating point, and not the usual OPT specs for the 801, but how would you describe the 801's tonality in your amp? Similar to the type 50 but with thoriated tungsten filaments? Maybe like a low powered 211 etc? Have you heard it in other types of amps/crcts, with a 14k OPT maybe? Thank you.
