Most of those caps are paralleled combinations intended to hide the badness of any individual cap. Personally, if I were to build one I would probably try it without all the parallel bypass caps first. Couldn't keep myself from trying ultrapath either, at least as an experiment.
Incidentally, even though it is DC coupled, because it has two power supplies it's not really a Loftin White. Don't know if that's good or bad. Mostly it's just nit-picking.
