Your bash plate amps which I assume are your sub amps are probably doing this..Hook them up and drive them separately with your preamp and dont go in the speaker outputs and see if it disappears..If it does we have to try somthing else like a small rf choke like mcintosh uses on their output tubes in the mc30 and mc60s.
