Sure there is a formula but I don't know what it is. Its not simple because if the thresholds on the MOSFETs, up to a certain point the charge rate is a certain formula then it changes to a different one. Its way too late for me to work that out right now!With the values in the schematic its in the 20 to 30 second range I think.
