Hi Lonnie:The MO100's thatI have use a 6C4 that is cathode biased with a 1200 ohm resistor for the front end. It is directly coupled to the phase inverter stage.
The only coupling caps are between the phase inverter and power tubes.
These amps are very different from MO100A, which used four 8417 power tubes and a solid state doubler rectifier setup.
