Any of them that have a shiny mirror-like top-getter would qualify as a "chrome dome" from my perspective. This encompasses GT, GTA, GTB, etc. so it is certainly necessary to specify the type and the production era to properly describe a tube. Heck, I have some nice Sylvania chrome-domed 5U4GBs ;-)Just like an Amperex Bugle Boy can be a 6DJ8 or a 12AU7 or what-have-you. Or how there are clear-top RCA 12AU7s, 6CG7s, etc.
AFAIK, these nicknames only describe appearance, nothing more.
