Thanks, but LTSpice isn't really the problem. I'm concerned about the various Pspice models floating around, and whether they're accurate. In fact, I've just discovered this evening that a number of the models I downloaded last week don't run (or they run but produce odd results). Guess it will take some time to sift through all this.
