I don't have an electronic version of the Laurel schematic to post, but I will try to better describe it here. A 1K 24W cathode resistor is in Parallel with a 47uF 250V bypass cap running from ground to a center point between two 24R 1W resistors in series. The other end of one of these resistors connects to to pin 1 of the 300B, and the other resistor's other end connects to pin 4. The DC filament supply connects to pins 1 and 4 as well. I have seen some similar arrangements on other DHT Schematics with DC filament supplies. So what I was wondering is if for the JE Labs 10SE I could simply substitue the 2K 20W cathode resistor and 100uF 100V bypass cap in lieu of the Laurel's values? The 24R resistors in series are about 1/2 the hum pot value in the JE labs schematic, so isn't what I propose the sane as having the pot set at the center postion?I just want to verify this before AI get started.
