I have an sp6b also and I love the bass on it but I will be using a citation 1 preamp to drive the crossover but I wouldnt think that should be a problem but who knows..
The way I thought the passive side worked was the crossver would roll off the low frequencies going into the treble/midrange amp and the bass amp would be electronically active.Is that about right?
