What model Quicksilver's do you have? I'm russ57's friend with the QK's.
Mike Sanders no longer designs his amps with a plate voltage, requiring 500V caps. Those big puter grade caps in 500V are very hard to find. He "typically" used 300uf 500V Sprague or Mallory's.
Panny TSUP make them and can be had from Digikey. Cornell (CDE) 500V caps can be had from Mouser. TPC has Jensen but are very pricey. There's always an Unlytic, from MP or TPC. 260uf 600V.
Whichever caps you decide on, I'd put two or three in parallel, to equal the required replacement uf.
Russ, forgot the 1H>100uf>OPT-CT after C2.
