Need some help with Sargent Rayment SR 17-17?

Sorry to put this here but I got no response in the Vintage forum.
I'm trying to "clean up" after a terrible repair job (by someone else). They replaced the main dual-section filter cap with a single section and botched the wiring in the process. Anyone have one or a schematic to help me out?
