ML4 again... Paul Barker?

Was it Paul Barker??? A few years back, someone from the UK sent me a couple ML4 valves (I was in Rockford TN at the time) and I've been staring at them ever since. Well, even though I don't yet have sockets, nor spares, I've decided to build an amp. I have MV rectified PSUs of both 220V and 270v, either could be rectified. I hope to get 3/4 of a Watt.
Can anyone suggest operating points? I dearched this forum plus SET and found some chatter, but no specifics. I'd hope to know, from someone with experience of this valve, whether that poiwer output is reasonable. OPTs will be Zpri= 8K.
As a driver, I'm considering a two-stage, RC coupled 6F8G. I would welcome other reccos, even compatible EI tubes that may be hard to find here.
