It is behaving like an IT. It is doing well, but it isn't all that much inductance for a lightly loaded pentode. Now if it were presenting 300+ Hy across that leg...:)For the NI version, if you can keep your plate load to under 4k, you should be OK. Keep Russ's suggetion of a 5-7 uF cap.
