OK everything is working power supply and amp working together to produce music. All the tube stages are working together and I am getting some amazing sounds. New tubes apparently brought the hum down to reasonable levels.Only one thing left that I'm trying to troubleshoot; the voltage readings.
By the schematic I should be getting 350v, 340v, and 300v from the power supply. The amp sounds good now, but with about 25% of the voltage down, it can't be operating at optimum.
Running the supply with no load I am measuring just over 400v from each of the three voltage outputs off the caps. As soon as I apply the circuit load I watch as the voltage readings go down to roughly 75% of where they should be. I have checked the caps and they measure correctly, (they are oil caps). I've double checked all the power supply connections and they are correct.
The amp is not running hot and I am getting good sound. Is it possible that I am interpreting the voltage readings on the schematic under the wrong conditions?
Anyone have an idea of where the juice is going? I have a feeling that I am overlooking something.
*schematic is posted here.

Charles
