if you want serious control and full information - you can always use a SG and a AC voltmeter - and take you own readings and make the relevant calculations.

No commercial meter will simplify it for you. But the three LCR meters we have, from an expensive General Radio desktop unit down to a handheld DMM all offer two test frequencies.
