You say your B+ source voltages are down 100v..If this were the case you have got one of 3 problems..You may have dual primary and you have the 125v one hooked up and its dropping the secondary before rectification. (2) You may have leaky or low emission 6ca4 rectifiers,(3) you have a bad filter cap and adding more filtering will NOT raise the B+ if its shorted or leaky.Pull the B+ wire off going to the circuit from the rectifier and tell us what you get..A 100v drop in B+ will cause a hum becuase the tubes are not running in their correct design parameters.
