I would never put a 103 in a unipivot - JMW 9. It needs a beefy gimbled arm on the heavy-ish side as it's low compliance. This part of your question would be better addresses in the vinyl forum. I use a 103 in a Triplanar on a Teres so that should give you some idea as to how good I think it is having a number of Clearaudios and a Koetsu among many others lying around gathering dust. It also won't like a 47k load so don't load it the same as a high O/P MC (if you are of course - implied by your question).
