...rather than the Solen, which will be a bit edgier than the MC. Personally, I'd use SoniCap-2s, which according to their maker, Jeffrey Glowacki, are just a trace soft sounding compared with the SC-1s, and I believe will offset the 'lytic caps' crappiness/edginess.BTW I'd put the bypass caps, or MORE bypass caps, closest to the OPT's centertap(s) as I could get them.
