Your coupling caps should be able to handle the no load B+, i.e. the amount of voltage from the power supply with no drop due to current across the various resistances, because until the tubes heat up, the full B+ could reach the caps. So, for example, if you were droping 50v in the ps you would want caps rated higher than 550v probably at least 1.5 times for safety.Chris
