The parts list for the II and 22 are in the Quad 22 and the QUAD II relevant QUAD 'Instruction Book'. QUAD somewhat cryptically describes the choke as 'Choke Spec. No. 1002'.Four suggestions:
Emailing QUAD in England. Perhaps they will helpful.
Musikwiedergabe in Germany have used ones for EU 260+.
Sowter in England apparently sell a replacement choke that will fit in the original can. They must know what the inductance of the QUAD choke. Perhaps their website will show this information
I could measure the QUAD II choke for you but you will have to wait a couple of weeks until I can do it.
