What is these (FPT cap) ?

I just got some old (from 1986 i think ) foilcaps.
They looks really exlusive sins they are made from foil, rolled on a phenolic 1/2" tube, are about 2" in diam and 2" wide.
The ends have thick, solid metal walls and the soldering pins are masive metal plates (thick foil).
They are marked with:
TCW
FPT 200U K 160V 51/1
16460-3
8639
I have seeked information about what these goodlooking babys are and if these are worth keeping in the "do be used box"
Any sugestions what they are and what they could be used for ?
