Consider giving the EC8010 a 22K Anode Load resistor and using a 2k2 decoupling resistor.
Also, you should really connect a 22uF Capacitor of good quality between the +B Supply and the virtual cathode point at the junction of the two 50 Ohm Resistors.
I also think going from 47uF to 100uF will only give a very marginal noise improvement.
Finally, a 100K volume control is way too high in value.
