RS1500 w/ partially stripped drive hub - how hard to fix?

I've got an RS1500 which is in pretty good shape with one exception - on one of the hubs, the three tabs that fit into the notches on the tape reels have been broken off such that there remains only a small portion of the tab down near the base of the hub.

It appears these things are cast pot-metal so I imagine this isn't that rare of a problem, but unlikely they can be repaired other than to replace the part. Question is, of course, how hard is it to replace these guys and how expensive are parts (or are they even available)?

thanks in advance!

dave
