After posting for info on what RTR to get for a cool journey RTR land, I picked a few up. Just for the record most of my listening is thru FM dual mono tube tuners & vinyl. I have become to despise digital anything. I picked up a Tascam BR-20, Tascam 32, Ampex 960, & Tandberg 64. Obviousely the 2 old tube RTR's are just projects of long lasting fun & or frustration, but had to get them to play with because of my tube driven blood.I have not got the 32 or BR-20 set up as of yet, but soon,..I also play guitar & these should be fun for doing some recording. I really want to record my favorite Saturday FM broadcasts out of my Mac& Scott tubers, which absoltely destroy anything digital I have ever heard, maybe colored, but I really don't care..I think I will install the BR-20 into my wall, as close as I can get to my gear, but space is getting thin. I think I will stay with the Teac, Tascam & maybe Otari products for daily use because of easy parts avalibilty. Should be a fun ride, I have no huge expextations, & just having fun with it.
