Re: Tascam BR-20T or Revox B77 MkII?

I'd be leary of any analog device that contains a computor in the same chassis. Unless heroic efforts are made to isolate the digital power supply from the analog circuit, it would be difficult to avoid digital "hash" from the final sound. It's also alott of money for a computor to locate tape positions that are most important for film production time code applications. If you want a Tascam, I think there must be other machines that maybe a little older but, way cheaper and better for audio only applications.
