$35 bucks eh? I think mine was around $200, but that was back in the day when cassettes were the big thing.Yours was Pioneer's top of the line deck in 75 & 76, I think. They are an impressive looking monster.
I don't blame you for hoping for an easier fix. Let me know how it works out for you.
