The Dragon is a very nice deck when its working properly, but that's the problem with these decks. These decks are known for high service/maintenance especially with the the NAAC system because if this doesn't work correctly you can't even make decent tapes. Send it to a good Nak service center like ESL and have them go through and fix everything that needs to be fixed, I hope it doesn't cost you too much to have brought back up to factory specs.
