No, it looks like it is missing the cover for the heads and god knows what else - sort of $8 plus shipping for a headache of unknown size. Plus, as mentioned, Akai reel to reel size of small refrigerator hard to explain, Nakamichi cassette deck, harder to explain, potentially broken Tandberg reel to reel, if I could explain that I would be the Press Secretary for the President.
