Yamaha k-950

Tape Trail

Reel to reel, cassette and other analogue tape formats.

I just found a very nice looking Yamaha k-950. The main drive belt is melted, so a new belt kit has been ordered.
I'm hoping this cassette deck will sound good, but it is my first piece of Yamaha equipment.
Do any of you have opinions on this deck? Any needed upgrades after the belt kit?
